Frequently Asked Questions
Where would our doggy sleep?
We try to replicate your doggy’s home environment. If they sleep with you, they sleep with us. If they sleep beside your bed, they do the same at our place.
What should I bring with them?
The key is what makes your doggy the most relaxed and comfortable. Please bring their food (unless otherwise discussed), their bed, leash, harness, any medication and their favourite toys, so they feel totally at home.
When should I book?
Because we only care for doggys on a one-on-one basis (except if they are from the same home) we book out very fast. I suggest that as soon as you decide you need someone to care for your fur-baby, please give me a call and we can see how we can help.
Do any of your fur-babies suffer from anxiety?
We care for many fur-babies with anxiety. Being in a home environment helps with their anxiety, we take the time too gently understand the source of the anxiety and look at how to best reduce any stress and give then a happy safe holiday stay.
Will I get updates
We know how worrying it can be leaving your fur-baby with someone, so we give you regular photos and updates via TEXT, to take the stress out of your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
If a stay is cancelled or cut short with less than 72 hours notice of the booking date, the full rate is chargeable.
